Live Auction 2016
The Live Auction will have a “Buy It Now" option this year on Saturday, September 10, 3:00-6:00pm with the Live Auction starting at 6:30pm. Over 100 items will have buy it now labels on them. You can just buy it now and avoid the competition later. Buy it now items that don't sell in the afternoon will go into the live auction at 6:30pm. Live Auction items are needed. Click on the flier file on this page for details about what to donate and pick up dates/times.

Announcing Our 2016 Fall Festival Raffle Sponsors!
Tickets will not be mailed. Raffle tickets are $3.00 each. Pick up your tickets after these weekend Masses in August: 13/14, 20/21, 27/28 or pick up outside the parish office during the week.
Tickets can be mailed to the parish office or placed in the collection baskets. Purchased tickets can also be dropped off during the Festival weekend.
The drawing is at 5:00pm on Sunday, September 11 in the entertainment tent. All tickets must be in the barrel by 4:30pm on September 11.
Silent Auction 2016
To all of those crafters in the parish, the Silent Auction committee would love to put together a basket of your items to be auctioned off. The Silent Auction has been successful thanks to the donations given by so many of you. Please keep the donations coming. Donate a single item or put together a theme basket yourself to donate!
Bidding for Silent Auction baskets is Saturday, September 10, 12:00-8:00pm and Sunday, September 11, 12:00-3:30pm.
Fall Festival 2016 Quilt
This year, the Fall Festival quilt is called “Shangri La” and was designed by Sue Harvey and Sandy Boobar of Pine Tree Country Quilts. Despite its origins, this quilt is nowhere near country-style. The finished quilt size is 100” X 112”. The St. Odilia quilters will begin selling chances for the quilt after Masses on the weekends of August 13/14/, 20/21, 27/28.
You can buy six chances for $5 or $1 apiece.
